By accessing or using the Two Tunnels Pet Recovery platform ("Appi") or any services provided by Two Tunnels Pet Recovery, Inc. ("we," "us," or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use our services.

2. Description of Service
Two Tunnels Pet Recovery, Inc. provides a lost pet recovery platform that enables animal rescue organizations, foster families, and pet owners to manage lost pet cases, coordinate sighting reports, and facilitate pet recovery efforts.

3. SMS Communications
By providing your phone number and checking the SMS consent box on our sighting report form, you agree to receive text messages from Two Tunnels Pet Recovery, Inc. and the rescue organization managing the case. Messages may include sighting confirmations, case status updates, and recovery alerts. Message and data rates may apply. Message frequency varies. Reply STOP to opt out at any time. 4. User Accounts
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You agree to provide accurate information when creating an account and to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.

5. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use our services to:

  • Submit false or misleading sighting reports

  • Harass, harm, or deceive other users

  • Violate any applicable local, state, or federal law

  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the platform

6. Intellectual Property
All content, features, and functionality of the Appi platform are owned by Two Tunnels Pet Recovery, Inc. and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of the platform without our written permission.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties
Our services are provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We do not guarantee that the platform will be error-free, uninterrupted, or that lost pets will be recovered. We are not responsible for outcomes related to any pet recovery case.

8. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Two Tunnels Pet Recovery, Inc. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

9. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Two Tunnels Pet Recovery, Inc. and its officers, directors, and employees from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the platform or violation of these Terms.

10. Changes to Terms
